It’s the most competitive, and most delicious, battle around. Buds, Blues & BBQ features a diverse lineup of pitmasters competing over three days of barbecue challenges. Even more competitive categories are coming in 2025!
It’s a four-meat showdown with contests in chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder and the iconic beef brisket. KCBS-certified judges and the Official Rules and Regulations & Judging Procedures will be used. Teams must compete in all four meat categories to qualify for Grand Champion or Reserve Grand Champion.
